Project Design Consulting and Management:

 

- Working with architectural and planning consultants and making recommendations on specific 

  designs, lot size and amenities.  This process includes making recommendations for the overall

  design to achieve a total community presentation, and making recommendations for the exterior

  design, interior floor plan and finished product specifications.

- Tracking the progress of the development team.

 

Financing

 

We negotiate on behalf of projects in the form of:

B) Equity Participation Investment

C) Joint Venture Projects

D) Permanent Loan Commitments

 

When necessary, we assist in the presentation of the project to any potential lenders or investors on behalf of the owner/developer.
