UPLANDS NORTH - LONDON
We are currently entering our second Phase in this beautiful, exclusive high-end subdivision in London, Ontario.
Together with our client we have designed unique modern high end product which appeals to the market trends in the area.
Together with the Builder and our Sales Team we have developed exclusive 50' home designs at an attractive price to corner the market trends in the area. We have successfully sold out of our Phase 1 homes and are expected to complete sales for Phase 2 by the end of 2015.
MEANDER CREEK - LONDON
Our Marketing and Sales team accepted this major marketing and sales challenge to create a successful turn around in a 150 plus single family detached project which was failing for a new builder. An infill project located adjacent to older high desity subsidized rental buildings, the project was redesigned, a specific market defined and the project was successful in averaging 50 units a year for three years.
We continued to assist this builder on several additional projects and land acquisitions as the company has now grown to a major Builder in the Area in both single family/townhome communities to high-rise condomuniums.
HILLTOP ESTATES - AYR
We were contracted to assist with this project which was unsuccessful in producing sales in a 100 lot community, with only 16 sales in 2 years. The market and product analysis we completed, a re-design of the product and new pricing at the entry levels resulted in an increase of sales to an average of 30 sales annually.
Our expertise and increase in sales positioned this Builder for growth by acquisition of properties and now has operations in 4 cities, Kitchener, Waterloo, Ayr and London in Ontario. Their current annual sales average is over 100 per year and have achieved the Builder and Project of the Year!
WELLINGTON ON THE LAKE
This adult lifestyle retirement community consists of some 400 bungalow units structured on land lease basis. The community boasts a completed 8600 square foot private residential recreations centre with tennis courts, putting green, lawn bowling and swimming pool. A 9 hole executive golf course has been built on the property during the construction sycle of Phase Two. Revenues are projected to be in excess of $58M.
This project now has over 190 homes occupied.
